Tinkersmiths is a community oriented Makerspace in Charlottesville Virginia. Our primary goal is to create a shared space were people of all ages and walks of life can create while learning at little and having a lot of fun. We embrace the sharing economy, failure as a learning mechanism and just having fun. Oh, and consistently maintaining ones stand against the rag heap of gutless conformity.
We have organized a groups creatives, thinkers, engineers, and artists, also known as "makers" who collaborate in workshops. At Tinkersmiths we share knowledge, tools and resources amongst each other and whatever audience might have a shared interest.
